Shipping policy


When will my order ship?

In most cases orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please note, orders placed on Fridays after 3 pm PST and on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Shipping and delivery dates aren’t guaranteed unless otherwise noted.

When will I get tracking information?

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package ships, via the email you placed your order with. Make sure to check all inboxes, including your spam folder, if you can’t find your shipping confirmation please contact with your order number for assistance. Please note it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for your tracking link to update.

How long will it take for my order to arrive, once it ships?

Domestic orders normally arrive within 2-5 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted. Please note that USPS is experiencing shipping delays related to COVID.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We unfortunately can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please note that shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout. We do not alter the address in any way once the order is placed, it is automatically populated on the shipping label. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order. Returned Packages

If your package is returned to our facility due to a shipping error, we’ll reach out to you via the email address provided with your shipping information. If we don’t get a response within 5 business days, we hold the right to refund your order. 

Damaged or Missing Product

All products are packed with the utmost care in our production facility. If you did not receive a shipment as ordered or are missing products, please contact us at

When our shipment is picked up by the carrier, its safe passage is their responsibility. If you receive a damaged product, please file a claim with the appropriate carrier.

I never received my order after it was shipped, what should I do?

You will receive detailed tracking info when your order ships. Once our carriers take possession of your package, it is their responsibility to ensure a safe and timely delivery. Use your tracking number for status updates on your delivery, and contact the carrier if your package is delayed. If your package is lost or damaged, you may need to file a claim.
